Advocate and Solicitor
Medhavin M. Bhatt is a Solicitor registered with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and has an experience of over 14 years in the profession. Mr. Bhatt was earlier proprietor of a law firm, M. Bhatt & Company, Advocates and Solicitors.
Mr. Bhatt has also worked with a reputed law firm, and has significant experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, Development and Redevelopment, Society matters, Commercial and Civil Litigation and Arbitration. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Bombay and Bombay City Civil Court. His proficiency in legal matters and ability to understand and reduce to writing the commercial terms of transactions makes him the preferred choice by various clients. He is well recognized for his excellence and has been awarded as one of the “40 under 40 Rising Stars” hosted by the Legal Media Group.
Mr. Vishal H. Mehta

Vishal H. Mehta is a Solicitor registered with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and has an experience of over 14 years in the profession.
Mr. Mehta has earlier worked with a reputed law firm; and has also worked at the Supreme Court of India with a Senior Advocate. Mr. Mehta specializes in drafting, pleading and conveyancing, particularly in the areas of Real Estate and Corporate Law. He also has significant experience in Real Estate, Litigation and Arbitration. Mr. Mehta regularly appears before the High Court of Bombay, Bombay City Civil Court, RERA and NCLT. Drawing up specialised contracts is his area of expertise, acquired through vast experience in the field.
